We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unmodified

  • In its original packaging with all included accessories

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or missing components may be subject to partial refund or refusal.


Condition-Specific Warranty (Important)

For non-new items (used or open-box) and items sold with a discount greater than 10%, the warranty is limited.

These items are only covered for:

  • Internal functional defects that are not caused by external damage, misuse, improper installation, or user handling.

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Cosmetic wear or signs of use

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper use, installation, or handling

  • Any issue resulting from external factors

By purchasing discounted or non-new items, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.


Return Request

Returns must be approved in advance.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We reserve the right to deduct restocking fees (up to 15%) if applicable


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution (replacement, repair, or refund).


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items marked “as-is” or “for parts”

  • Used items sold with visible cosmetic wear described in the listing


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your product and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees and transaction costs are non-refundable.


Abuse & Protection

GearMusicPro reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse

  • Deny refunds if the returned item does not match the original condition


European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, under the same conditions listed above.
